Yoga teaches to empty your mind and in Romans 12:2 it says we are transformed by the renewing of our minds, not the emptying of it.
Also, yoga postures are offerings to the Hindu gods. If you do these postures and you do this breathing technique they teach and the meditation, then you will be accepted by a god, little “G.” That’s the real danger.
