On Monday, January 30th, varsity girls and boys basketball teams swept the Shadow Ridge Mustangs. The girl’s final score was 76 to 59 and the boy’s final score against the Mustangs was 81-74. Junior forward, Elijah Kothe, continuously drove the ball to the basket keeping the team’s score alive. The Crusaders led the score the entire game and excelled in offensive plays that were led by junior point guard, Jaylen Fox. The next home game is senior night for both girls and boys beginning at 5:30 on Friday, February 7, against the Palo Verde Panthers.
