Stranger Things is a new, captivating TV show that has captured the attention of America due to its amazing plot, suspense, and creative development of characters throughout the show.

When you start the first episode, it automatically jumps into the action, with the most intense opening sequence I have ever seen from a show. The action doesn’t stop there, as jump scares and suspense keep you on the edge of your seat throughout the entirety of the season, that ends with an amazing final scene that leaves you scratching your head, wondering what just happened.

The acting is impeccable, with no weak actors cast, and the children in the show are phenomenal, performing better than most actors much older.

The cinematography serves its purpose, allowing suspense to build, and it helps to adequately tell the story, but by no means is it amazing, such as the cinematography of the Revenant.

The special effects are masterful, with them appearing as real as the actors. All in all, I would highly suggest you check out Stranger Things, as it truly is a masterpiece of a show, and I eagerly await Season 2, which begins next summer.
