“Fahlo” A Wild Animal
Technology these days gives us the ability to track people’s locations through various applications. Parents can track their kids, kids can track their friends and now you can even track your very own endangered species.
A new fad to hit the fashion world is Fahlo bracelets. Fahlo is a company that partners with other non-profit organizations to create bracelets that come with a real animal to track. On the Fahlo website, you can purchase and follow a variety of different animals such as a lion, sea turtle, penguin, polar bear, elephant, shark and the latest animal; a giraffe.
Fahlo started its mission in 2018 and since has been fortunate to donate hundreds of thousands of dollars to protect wildlife. Its mission is to inform customers about wildlife and excite them about conservation by combining a tactile bracelet with an interactive tracking experience.
Fahlo partners with many different organizations that have great causes to save wildlife. Did you know that nearly all species of sea turtles are classified as endangered? Fahlo is trying to change that by partnering with the Sea Turtle Conservancy.
Fahlo and the conservatory partnered in 2019 to launch The Journey Bracelet, and donate 10 percent of net profits to this incredible organization. Another fantastic organization Fahlo partners with is: Save the Elephants. In 2020, customers could purchase The Expedition Bracelet which allowed them to track a wild elephant. 10 percent of net profits are donated to Save the Elephants in Kenya, which specializes in elephant research and works to protect wild elephants. Along with those two organizations Fahlo also partners with Polar Bears International, Orca Research Trust, and Saving the Blue.
The bracelets sell for $16.95 and there are a variety of color choices. To check out Fahlo’s brand and story go to https://myfahlo.com/.
