The Sun Rises for the Class of 2023

Gathering on the football field as the sun rises on the first day has been an annual tradition before each school year. The majority of students look forward to senior year as an opportunity to create their last high school memories. Faith Lutheran senior, Logan Peterson, is looking forward to “A lot of fun times! Our last Hurrah of the year!”

Senior Sunrise is just one of the many events and opportunities that Faith Lutheran has planned for this school year. Senior Sunrise is meant to signify the last, first day of school for seniors. Student council provided photo opportunities, and donuts for seniors who showed up at the early hour of the 5;45 am.

Students of the class of 2023 were asked what their ideal senior year would look like, Alex Ulitchny said, “I hope this year brings a lot of fun for everybody, and it’s our senior year, so live it up!“ and Ava Endleman hopes to “prep for classes and get ready for the future”. The class of 2023 is excited for this final school year and ready to make memories, get prepared, and finish this year strong.
