Coach Fox replacement has been found
Faith Lutheran announces the hiring of a new head football coach, Mike Sanford. Sr. Sanford’s experience includes head coaching at both UNLV and Indiana St. University. He also has experience as an assistant coach at Purdue, USC, Notre Dame, and Stanford. After countless years of experience, Coach Sanford is now joining Faith Lutheran as our Head Varsity Football Coach.
Sanford is very excited to join Faith Lutheran as he “believes strongly in the school’s mission” and “the opportunity to compete at the 5A Division level for the first time in school history.” He will be taking over the program in light of Coach Fox resigning. Fox previously lead the Crusaders to a State Championship back in 2015.
Coach Sanford will also hold a position as the Associate Director of Development in the Advancement Office.
